There's no detail spared throughout the Walt Disney World parks, and the restaurants are no exception. The amount of choices is endless, each with their own unique design and theme - but which to chose?

In today's post in my Walt Disney World series, I wanted to share our favourite restaurants, as well as a couple of others I wish we had been able to try had we booked soon enough.

The Rainforest Cafe.
This one goes at the top of the list, because it was by far our favourite! We ate there twice and the food was faultless. We had everything from burgers, pasta and seafood dishes, and of course, the famous Volcano desert!

The restaurant is set out in a jungle theme, and the attention to detail is incredible. You sit amongst mechanical monkeys, elephants, snakes and butterflies, as well as huge fish tanks, and every 20 minutes there's a 'storm' in the jungle, which Aria absolutely loved!

To see this restaurant in action, check out our Walt Disney World Part 1 vlog! (only available on laptops and computers due to the music used - but it's so worth the watch!)

Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano.
As you can tell by the name, this is an Italian restaurant in Hollywood Studios, and here I had one of the nicest pizza's I've ever had! There's an open kitchen which I really loved, and it really felt like we were in Italy whilst eating there!

Paradiso 37.
We ate here on our first night, and chose it mainly because it was the only restaurant available at the time we wanted, but we really loved the food there. We sat overlooking the water at Disney Springs which was beautiful, and even enjoyed on of their famous margaritas! It's a lovely relaxed place to eat with a stunning view!

Tony's Town Square Restaurant.
How could we not eat in the same restaurant Lady and the Tramp had their famous spaghetti dinner? Which you can order by the way! This is another Italian style restaurant and the portion sizes are incredible! We sat in the conservatory area which was beautiful, and you can even sit out on the terrace and people watch along Main Street, which is just magical - especially if you time it right for a parade.

Coral Reef.
Who doesn't want to enjoy dinner with fish, turtles, sharks and scuba divers as your view? This restaurant as you can imagine, specialises in fish dishes and was definitely one of Aria's favourite for food as well as the view!

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.
One of the best way to meet the Disney princesses is definitely with this character dining experience! We got to enjoy breakfast with Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella and Jasmine, which was truly magical! They make sure to visit each table and stop for photos and autographs which is really lovely. The food I have to admit wasn't fantastic, but was worth it for the experience we got there!

There were a few restaurants that we couldn't get into, due to the popularity and us trying to book last minute, but I wanted to share these with you so that if you are going to Disney, you can try book these further in advance than we did!

Where we would have loved to eat:
Cinderella's Royal Table
Be Our Guest

There are so many restaurants to chose from at Walt Disney World, so if you're planning a trip then I hope you found this useful! Or if you have been before, I'd love to know what your favourite was!
