Becoming a parent brings a whole new level of excitement to life, and preparing for that little arrival means a lot of shopping is to be done!

There's a lot of big purchases to be made, and a variety of choices to work through, so to help narrow it down, I'm going to show you my current changing bag, the Storksak Sandy Taupe.

This is our second baby, so I feel like I know exactly what I'm looking for in a changing bag. It needs to be lightweight, easy to access, have lots of storage, and also look good. This little beauty ticks all the boxes and more.

Firstly, lets let's take a look at the style of the Sandy Taupe. As the name suggests, the material is this perfect taupe that matches everything. It's light enough for summer, but works perfect with winter colours. The black detailing adds a lovely contrast to the body of the bag too. The material is a water resistant nylon, which means it wipes clean with ease - perfect as a parent of both newborn and toddler.

The straps of the bag are enough of a feature for me to mention on their own. There's one large detachable, adjustable shoulder strap which makes it perfect for throwing over your shoulder or across your body for a more hands free option, and the two handles have a lovely comfortable grip that make it incredibly comfortable sitting in the crook of your arm. Something else I adore about the straps is the integrated stroller straps, meaning the bag can be attached to your pushchair without the addition purchase of hooks.

The bag is incredibly lightweight, even when filled with an afternoons worth of baby paraphernalia. The amount of internal and external pockets make organising a breeze, and there's still plenty of room for mama's items! There's also an insulated food and bottle bag as well as a changing mat.

I have been using this bag since we brought Olivia home and not once have I felt it lacked in anything. It's been a dream bag to use and I would highly recommend to anyone on the lookout for a new changing bag!

*we were kindly sent the Storksak Sandy Taupe doe the purpose of this review, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
